Wrinkle tool #2 is single sided with 6 prongs. You can quickly add lots of wrinkles to larger areas by dragging end back and forth across area to be textured. It is also recommended to sand the tips to your liking. You can lay a piece of plastic wrap over area to be textured and drag tip of tool across surface to be textured for a softer look.
