Witch Hazel is extracted from the hamamelis tree, and is probably the best toner for skin care preparations. Witch Hazel has a cool, soothing sensation which makes it ideal for use in shaving lotions to treat razor burn. Witch Hazel can also be used in place of a cleanser and is particularly good for problem skin. This product is produced to British Pharmarcopoeia/ US Pharmacopeial standards
