Cut out your chosen design, leaving a small border around the transfer.
Apply to clean, dry, hair-free skin for the best result. Position the tattoo face-down against the skin and apply according to the supplied Twilight Creations transfer instructions.
Once applied, integrate the effect into the surrounding makeup as required using your preferred SFX products.
Gently remove using baby oil or an oil-based remover. Avoid aggressively rubbing or scrubbing the skin.
