Cut out your chosen design, leaving a small border around the transfer.
Apply to clean, dry, hair-free skin for the best result. Position the tattoo face-down against the skin and apply according to the supplied Twilight Creations transfer instructions.
Once applied, the effect can be integrated into the surrounding makeup and enhanced with your preferred SFX products to create the finished character.
Gently remove using baby oil or an oil-based remover. Avoid aggressively rubbing or scrubbing the skin.
