Bruises 1A represents the freshest stage of bruising in Twilight Creations' three-stage Bruises 1 series. What makes this range particularly useful for professional film, television and theatre work is that the same bruise designs are available at three different stages of healing:
Bruises 1A – Fresh
The newest stage of the injury.
Bruises 1B – Healing
The identical bruise designs, progressed to a later stage of healing.
Bruises 1C – Older
The same designs again, showing the oldest stage of the bruising.
This allows makeup artists to follow an injury through a production while maintaining accurate visual continuity. Apply Bruise 1A for the initial injury, then use the matching design from 1B and 1C as time passes within the story, without having to recreate and manually age the bruise from scratch.
Designed for professional SFX and character makeup, these ultra-fine temporary transfers can be individually cut from the sheet and positioned exactly where required. They're ideal for productions where speed, repeatability and continuity are essential.
Use them straight from the sheet or integrate them with additional bruise colours, wounds, swelling effects, blood and other SFX products to create more complex trauma makeups.

Cut out your chosen design, leaving a small border around the transfer.
Apply to clean, dry, hair-free skin for the best result. Position the tattoo face-down against the skin and apply according to the supplied Twilight Creations transfer instructions.
Once applied, the bruising can be integrated into the surrounding makeup and enhanced with your preferred SFX products if required.
Gently remove using baby oil or an oil-based remover. Avoid aggressively rubbing or scrubbing the skin.
